Shipping Information

Borosyndicate Productions understands the importance of bringing our customers fast, dependable shipping. We work hard to safely and securely ship your order with the least amount of wait time possible. Normally orders ship within two business days (not including weekends and holidays). During sale times, order processing times can be delayed a day or two.

Packaging Information

All orders are sent using either United States postal service or Fedex. The shipping label contains your delivery address and a barcode, which represents your order number. USPS and FedEx both require us to have a return address label on your parcel. Borosyndicate does show as the return shipping address. Your package will not elude to its contents.

Signature Requirements

BOROSYNDICATE PRODUCTIONS, Inc. reserves the right to add a signature requirement to any order at our discretion for security reasons. Signature requirements can not be waived once your package has shipped. If you would like your package to have Signature required please give us a call at 801-281-1109 or email us at borosyndicate@hotmail.com

We strongly recommend that customers track their package frequently and that there be someone over the age of legal smoking age to receive the package when it arrives.

We do not guarantee arrival dates or times. We do not refund or credit shipping charges for any shipments.All visible shipping times are estimates. If you select a guaranteed shipping service such as USPS Priority Mail Express or UPS 3 Day Select, your guarantee time will be determined once the label is printed and the carrier has picked up your package.  If you have questions regarding our shipping policies and procedures please check our FAQ page or send us an email to borosyndicate.com.

Shipping insurance is an available option at checkout. 

USPS Priority Express Mail orders must be placed before 10:30am PDT to ship same day. USPS Priority Express Mail orders do not automatically mean the order will arrive over night. Your guarantee arrival time is determined once your order is picked up by a USPS carrier. 

Orders are shipped Monday - Friday. We do not ship orders over the weekend or on holidays. Please allow 24 hours for your tracking information to update in the carriers system once your tracking number arrives via email.

BOROSYNDICATE PRODUCTIONS will not take responsibility for packages or items that are damaged, lost, or stolen after it has been shipped. You will need to contact the carrier who delivered the package directly for these issues. If your order arrives with broken or missing contents, please notify us within 24 hours if your order is not insured. If you have a break in shipment and your package is insured you will need to contact the carrier.

Free Shipping applies to domestic orders ONLY. To receive free shipping your order must total $100 after all discounts are applied and before taxes and shipping is applied. 

 

 

Returns & Exchanges

 

Return & Exchange Policy 

If your order arrives damaged, you need to call (801) 281-1109 or email borosyndicate@hotmail.com within 24 hours to notify us of the problem. We will request photos. A shipping label and RMA will be issued upon receipt of damaged product photos.

*You have 14 days from time of purchase to return your order

*All returns must have the original receipt or invoice

*All product return shipments must include all original internal packing materials, boxes and containers. 

*All in store returns must have the order invoice or receipt and government ID

If you are unsatisfied with any product, you may return it at your cost. Please contact us prior to returning any merchandise and mail unused products to the following address:

Any return for a refund may be subject to a  10-18% restocking fee. This fee may be waived for the following reasons:

  • Carrier damage

  • Defective product

  • Product does not match advertising

  • Received incorrect product

  • Product was an extra item not ordered

Note: Any return that is misrepresented as being for any of the above reasons will automatically have the restocking fee applied even if it was initially waived.

 

 

Any items that have been used and are not in New Original Condition may not be returned.

In order to avoid confusion, please contact us before you purchase so that we may help you order exactly what you need. Refunds will be made by credit card refund, or store credit only and processed within 48 hours of receiving the items back to our location. Cancelled orders will be refunded within 24 hours of customers request. There are no cash refunds.
